Making a list of what I did wrong

The last 24 hours, I learned that there's a great value for me personally in writing down what I did wrong and don't want to do again. I saw the value of NOT engaging in drama conversations. I see that I dont want to talk with people about other peoples issues. I think writing down the issues I talked about, and seeing how stupid that is...

About this Page

This page idea was the brainchild of my friend Kevin Okulolo. I met Kevin at a software company in San Francisco. Everyday all of the employee's are catered lunch. Nice of em eh? Ya not bad I think. The food doesn't suck either. So one day, as we're all sitting around the table breaking bread together, Kevin says.. " So what did you learn in the last 24 hours? "

I thought this was the most perfect lunch time conversation and one hell-a-fun thing to talk about. A nice break from the usual argument about politics or computer conversations, both of which we all have more then enough of in our lives.

So here it is..This page is devoted to my friend Kevin's idea of discussing one of the most worthwhile conversation I think I have ever been part of. On many levels.

To you Kevin.. Lets Chat..

Some Rules.. No computer geek outs on the new code you learned.

Good things to talk about:

For example:

Today - Ben learned that his son does not like to catch a baseball with his face... He had bought him a glove in case you were about to ask.
Brian learned that the compartments on an airline are SMALLER in the front of the plane then the back. I personally love this one... THIS brings us value and info. Not that the baseball and the face one don't, I'm just a little over both, playing baseball and for sure attempting a catch with my face.
